Although I can't claim to have thought this one up myself, lets see them, in action and if you want add some rub recipes too.

You know. I hadn't realized that there were so many choices in the world of meat. I actually grilled one of the first beef steaks Ive cooked in a long time tonight.
If it doesn't run in the woods, I usually don't have it to cook.

I have a lot to learn about grilling other things.

I never think to take pictures of the meat in the smoker. Mine is one of these, propane, pretty simple.

The only change I'd make is to put a Pyrex window in the bottom of the door so you can see the flame.

There has got to be others grilling out today as beautiful as it is out here!

What fuel are you using cause mine runs fine during the winter. Also, what size are your intakes?

Something tells me the temps up there are a tad bit colder than we will ever see here, and last quite a bit longer. Lol

charcoal. but its cooool up here. more the wind though, its near constant. its the big poppa kit so it has those vents on it. i think i might pick up a bbq guru so i dont have to deal with the temp spikes from the wind.

anyway, made a butt middle of dec up here and ended up pulling it off the smoker in the middle of the night and finishing it in the oven because i couldnt keep temp. it was probably 0* and winds pushing it colder.

The ceramic cookers probably hold temp better. Also my smoker from the Good One has a winter insulated cover available for colder climates. Maybe a google search would find something that would fit your cooker. Truly cold weather does suck to coom outdoors in. Thenother option would be to build a small cookhouse with a ceiling vent to let the smoke out. That would be very cool.
