Watched it this morning. It's about the Balco steroid scandal of the 90's. Barry Bonds, Marion Jones, etc. One thing that stuck out to me. The IRS Agent Jeff Novitzky because an agent after seeing a flyer/pamphlet that said "An Accountant with a Gun" which led him to become an IRS Agent. During the Documentary, he stated (and I'm paraphrasing_ "You can start an investigation without having to get permission from higher up. If you see someone driving a Lamborghini who doesn't look like they can afford it you can run the plates and see what comes back. You can go from there." So profiling is ok by the IRS? Alrighty then. Not that I am surprised.
