Have it your way at BK

My first job was at Lone Star in WS, I was a host.
The host's job included: sitting people and busing tables

We had a few rags to wipe down the tables and stuff with.
This was back in 98, could still smoke in restaurants.

Anyway, we'd have to empty the ashtray after each visitor, wipe it down.
Then we'd use that same rag to wipe down the table
Then, in the back, we'd use the same rag to wipe off the bread board...

Yeah.

I didnt eat bread at those places for years, at least not the bottom

Two places I don't eat at fortunately. That's pretty nasty.

I don't trust any fast food chains but chic-fil-a and I want to adopt every kid in there.

You have to wonder wtf the directors of these other fast food places are doing all day. The BK parking lot will have two cars. The chic lot will have a line of cars wrapped twice around. I don't trust the people that make food in these places. I would love if chic had burgers; that would be awesome.

And they need $15 an hour.

Do yourselves a favor, read Fast Food Nation. Seriously

No, the movie doesn't count, read the book. It's kept me out of McDonald's and the BK Lounge for 20 years, out of most fast food for that matter.

"I had just eaten at that table"

WTH did you do to it that the dude needed to mop up after you?

My sister dated a guy who was a manger at McDonald's and we became friends.
I stopped in there one night and he said come around back.
That was the greasiest place I have ever been.
That was 45+ years ago and I've never eaten there since.
