Shooting starts precisely at 9 AM, briefing will occur before that. Registration opens at 8 AM.

Entrance fee

$20 for members

$30 for non members

Expect 5 stages and 75 max round count.

Equipment will be limited to bipods, slings, and one bag. The spirit of this shoot is practical marksmanship - both the rules and the scoring emphasize that.

Is this still planned? Weather said it is going to rain. Thanks

My liberty card got revoked for this weekend. I won't be able to make it this time but looking forward to the next one.

Matt is a dang good shot surprised he didn’t win today.
Serious shooters showed up to shoot in the cold rain today - lot of ringers there today. Keep in mind that you could shoot a 150 points and have made at least one hit on every target: the top ~10 shooters were over 500 points.

It was a great time! Thank y’all for coming out!

Nukeman was 3rd place he is very humble but deserves a shoutout woooooooooo. And these matches are all setup by him Doug and Brandon. Thanks buddy

I really, really want to come shoot this match but I am honest enough with myself to know I need a LOT more training and practice.

I think I have found my “pet” load for my 6.5 Grendel but I need to get to the range and confirm the accuracy and make dope cards, I hope to get cards made for various temperatures over the next couple of months.

You’re over complicating it. You could have showed up with 100yd zero and your muzzle velocity, and me (or plenty of others) would run the data for you. There is so much learning to be done during trigger time that you need to just jump in - having a complete dope library is not even close to necessary. Plus, you’ll develop that library as you shoot so that by the time you (the shooter) is able to compete for wins, you’re dope will be fully developed.

It is a great match to learn at. Let us know that you are a first timer and we will help out.

I’m going to try to make most of the matches next season, I usually RO and would be happy to provide guidance as would all of the other match shooters
