Not surprised. There definitely isn't much political capital for this right now, even if it wouldn't change a thing as far as this shooting.
 
To pass it would have taken a Zeffirelli Dems crossing over which was going to be difficult before the Alexandria Scalise Shooting which took it to damn near impossible and now tack on Vegas ... FUGETABOUTIT ...
 
That was the goal. Soreass and Bloomers are the worst kind of "Ends Justify the Means" left wing extremists. It would not shock me to find they are involved in this.

Saw a post claiming to know what the LVPD knows. But the FBI is not letting them release the facts. In a way, it makes sense and explains why the guy had no digital footprints.
Hope it is not true. But we thought Fast and Furious was a hoax too until the evidence came out.
This had to have started under Obama, if true, and hold overs kept it from Trump.

Honestly, @fishgutzy with some of the things I've seen in recent years, some of the sh!t that the so called government of this country has done, it wouldn't surprise me. It really wouldn't.
 
We are just pawns in a game if chess. The only freedom we have is what the give us. It's just this plain and simple. It's no longer we the people it's we the rulers.

The rulers tell us the rules and we play by the rules until enough is enough. There is no other land to start a new colony. So..........
 
F it!! Let 'em ban the damned bump-fire stock if they pass the SHARE act unmolested. The bump stocks are pretty much toys anyway. They're good for a few giggles and burning up ammo for no purpose....

In fact, I'd bet there's some pro-2A legislators already working it...

I see no use in bump stocks, but I'm not willing to give "one inch" to the anti crowd. Someone enjoys them has the right to use them and that's enough for me. For that matter the prohibition on full auto is wrong too.
