Hey y’all I'm Jon, just found the site looking for a good NC based forum and this one by far is the most active. Been reading through posts for like 3 hours and already got some help looking for decent US based AK outfitters. I’m an NC native and lived in Union County all my life. Started my love of firearms when I started squirrel and deer hunting when I was 14 and have been an avid hunter ever since (20ish years). The past couple years I’ve been getting into target shooting and AR/AK platforms and have gotten addicted to a whole new side of firearms. Big fan of Glock and Canik for handguns and currently shooting a few KUSA AKs and an IWI Zion for my AR. Hunting the past few years I’ve been primarily running my old Marlin 336 and a savage axis in 6.5 creedmoor. Looking forward to meeting more of this community and talking with y’all!

Thank you Brangus this place is great, already had some great discussion and have gotten great suggestions for some of the things I’m looking for gun related. Also just found the humidor and the cooking channel threads and you’re right! Way more than firearms this place is really great!
