HELP! CZ Scorpion Owners Failed to Eject

Ok so I am getting fail to eject from my CZ Scorpion.

The question I have is this:

Does your ejector move when you place your thumb on it? Mine moved up/down a pivots on a pin it feels like.

How does yours react?
 
Up and down movement is slight, maybe a couple of mm.

When looking at the firearm from the back ejector movement when pressed appears to be approx 1/8" - 1/4" to the 7 o'clock position, pivoting, with a spring returning it back to the original position.

Unknown at this time.

I wanted to rule out the ejector first before doing a magazine test fire.

I do think it's a magazine issue, but not 100% sure
 
Any idea of the round count?

I've got a friend with a full auto scorpion. Around the 20k round mark, it broke the extractor.

On MY scorpion, it is magazine picky. Works great with PSA AKV mags and the smoked CZ mags. I get nothing but fail to eject's with Magpul mags and CZ windowed mags.

Same experience with magpul mags here.
 
I have avoided the Magpul mags for said reasons. I've got a Scorpion circa 2015, and it runs great with OEM, Manticore, and PSA mags. I've broken the disconnector on mine (actually it was @Bocephus daughter who did it whilst shooting) but apparently it is common on the first gens, and they sell a beefier one.

Thanks for in information. I had no idea the MagPul mags had any issues. I have been so busy with work I have not had a chance to go confirm its only a mag issue.

Are you talking about CJ in Sanford?
