Help me CFF! Where can I find some nice stretchy velcro straps?!?!

Ok, long story short: I have a PWS rifle and it came with a great case that has some very well thought out velcro bungee straps. I like them and a similar style would work great in the new Bulldog case I got off Amazon. However, after hours of google-foo, I can't find a similar product. BLOWS MY MIND. Any help?

I found those, but notice how the velcro is in terms of not having two pieces on one side. I'm pretty sure they actually won't work unless the case has the "hook" side available. It appears the small strip side has the hook side, and the entire other side is the loop side. So there's nothing to attach it to the actual case unless the case has the hook side.

So serious question: If I have a batch of these made, is anyone else interested in them? They'd likely be all black, and I may see about doing some 1" thick ones as well as 1.5". Thoughts?

Yes that's kind of what I was looking at, but they'd have to be cut and likely sewn at the ends to help them hold up. Or I was considering buying the elastic bands and then just sewing the velcro squares to the ends to make them similar to the ones that came with my PWS case.
