Hey yall,
Greg here. I've been a lurkin' for a few weeks now. Linked over from a GRNC alert.
Once I read the mission statement I thought, Wow, whats not to love about that? Freakin' awesome.
Never participated on any 2a or firearms related sites before.
54 y/o truck driver. Married to my wonderful wife Sheryl for just 3 years.
She's prior USAF. No military for me or LE either.
Used to hunt with my daddy till he passed away and only a few times since. Just wasn't/isn't the same.
Wife and I love to shoot. We took CCH class today as matter of fact.
We are shopping around for something for her to carry. And she's picky!
Thanks in advance for all the knowlege and experience here,
and I hope I can somehow contribute one way or another.
For now, I'll just be hangin' out as they say on the cb,"readin the mail"

"Tawn Fo Bro" ...afterwhile Prep H will work on those eye bags too. :D , the ones ya get from stayin up late waitin on yer teenaged daughter to get home. Reckon it'll work on the ones when mama just ain't happy for some unknown reason too. The 3am wake ups to "YOU DON'T LOVE ME ANYMORE!" said loud enough to make ya go into an adrenaline lockup. ;) 54 ya say? Then you got up one mornin to shave when ya thought ya were still 35 and found some ole worn out face starin atcha in the mirror n said "Man ! WTH happened to YOU!"... HUGGGGG ! Welcome to some o the best folks there are in the whole wide world ( for the most part ). We're so glad to have ya with us !

Ha, the bags are here to stay but the daughters are long gone and married.
I look older than I am and already came to terms with the man in the mirror.
That's nuthin, what hurt my feeling's was gettin' my first senior citizen discount!!
But hey, I'll take it:)

That's me somewhat. I figure I can't learn if I'm talking.
I know a little bit about a few things, but not a lot about any one thing. Just enuff to get me into trouble and/or alienate myself.
It won't be long I'll get out and about.

And speaking of her, she was looking over my shoulder the other night while I was browsing around.
She might sign up but I don't know. She's kinda shy like me.
I wish she would though. She's been asking me some questions regarding carrying that I just can't answer.
She needs a woman's perspective.
