Have you open carried today? Have you seen anyone OCing? I haven't and I haven't. Granted, I really have only been to work and straight to the package store from work.

But I have been checking the streets for blood. Haven't seen any of that, either.
 
All the ex-milspec guards where I work open carry sidearms and M-4s.

I don't go anywhere to see anyone, I'll look closer next time I'm out.

I would shove that thing in your belt and wear a mask to the grocery store. I mean, there IS a pandemic.

I renewed online. CC charge processed instantly. 76 days later the replacement card got a postmark. Pretty much the same check they do in minutes if they notice a tail light out. :mad:
 
Yes, was riding home going north on 77 in rock hill amd a an older dude (my age prolly) had a revolver on his belt and his shirt was blowing up over it. It was outside waistband.

I checked my records and my wife and I are at 56 days and counting! 🤬 So much bull hockey!!! 😡
 
I still have a hard time getting used to carrying a pistol into a bank while wearing a mask. I suppose I do not have to wear the mask these days.

Dad sorta brought this up yesterday, and I didn't have a good response.

He was in Pinehurst yesterday and saw a dude in Bermuda shorts (whatever the hell those are) with a "45" strapped to his side. He asked if we (SC residents) could OC in NC now.

I told him I didn't know.

As I understand it, you can only open carry if you have permission to carry concealed. Here in NC, there is no permit required for open carry. So, I believe the answer to your dad’s question is, “Yes, not only now”.

We always could open carry in NC
