Anyone heading to the Hickory show this weekend?

I was wanting to go and see if they had any 20 or 410 gauge shotgun shells just don't know if I want to spend ten bucks to Window Shop

I mad a lap through this morning, took a little less than 2 hours. Ammo is high, as expected. Seemed to be a few vendors not there because of the feel of openness.

New guns don't interest me and plastic guns don't either ( even though I do own 2 ) which is why it doesn't take me long to get through the show.

We are there. Pretty good crowd today. Parking lot was full for much of the day, from what I was told. I spent the day on my rear doing paperwork.

Traded for a Hudson H9. Haven't seen one of them in a while. Still have about 15 NIB factory mags from back when I had three of them. LOL

Decent show but prices are still high. Did score some 38spl ammo for $29 a box of 50 which I thought was decent considering. Not always but in many cases, many of these guns can be bought online for much cheaper (in some cases $100 or more) than what they are asking at these shows or LGS. I guess the market will play itself out eventually and prices will get more competitive overall.

I went yesterday. Not bad, but like others have said, lots of new-in-box handguns, and mostly plastic/striker types. I saw a few older leverguns that I considered, but they weren't anything too special. Considered a Winchester Mod. 1903 (to go with my '05 and '07's), but again, price was a bit high and didn't feel like haggling.

I walked out with a $10 bag of jerky and some USMC slate coasters. I'd go again for sure.
