They are good. I highly recommend going by a Fleet Feet store if you can. The one here in Winston takes a scan of your feet and then fit your specifically. I went in with the goal of buying some Hokas and ended up walking out with some Mizunos after trying on about 8 pairs. Price was in line with what I could order them for, so was totally worth the extra time.
Being a bigger boy trying to lose weight I needed something that wouldn’t punish my knees. Turns out I pronates really bad on one leg, so they compensated for that. Also found out I had been wearing the wrong sized shoes for years.
Been running in my new kicks for about a month and zero problems with my joints. Actually up to 5 miles at a time now on the treadmill.
