Subject: Clip broke

In July 2017, I purchased a holster for my Walter PPS. I don’t recall what model of holster it is, so I’m attaching photos. Recently the clip broke. How can I get a new one?

Good afternoon Mr. Tree,

If you will respond with your complete current shipping address, then we will be glad to send you the replacement part that you need. Thank you!

It arrived in my mailbox the next day.

Subject: Rattle

On November 4, 2016, I purchased a Model 7377 7TS™ ALS® Concealment Belt Slide Holster. I had planned to carry my Walther PPQ M2 while hunting, but it has always rattled, making it unsuitable for hunting. I would really like to be able to take it with me this season. Is there anything that can be done?

Hello Mr. Tree,

Because it does not have the suede lining, you will hear the rattle. Any changes you make with the holster will void the two year warranty. You could place some felt inside the holster to reduce the sound, but again, it would void your warranty.

Thank you,
Safariland customer care

Sounds like...you can void your warranty if you want to....and then pound sand....
She didn't even take the time to notice that I've had the holster almost three years, it wasn't under warranty anyway. And there's nothing on the web site that says "if you buy this holster people will hear you coming 100 yards away". It's like they know it rattles but they don't see that as a problem.
