well home alone so figured why not cook a big brisket 1st pic spiced and ready to go

2nd pic in the smoker she goes



3rd pic getting the bark on her

4th pic ready to come out and rest to be sliced

last but not least sliced and ready to eat talk about yummy it is so good

Yeah, because every time I try to cut in an aluminum pan.. that’s what it looks like.
With the juice leaking out into every thing.

Looks wonderful. Brisket is the only cut of beef I was not able to acquire during pre-Holiday sales. Darn it!
