Honey?

How much $? And are you bringing any back? Lol

Well, the cost isn't horrible if I remember correctly. Maybe $11 for that bottle. Can't remember. I hope to head up next weekend. Thinking I might be able to make the W NC meet up and spend a few days in the hills. They have a chili pepper infused honey I want to get for wings. There was also a vanilla honey that was good. I'll buy a few and bring some back. I could certainly buy an extra and save it for my virgin voyage to the official @thrillhill fire pit night.

Now we're talking!

That's a lot of honey for $11......

Yeah, his stuff costs more than the generic versions in the grocery stores, but it's not bad for a local product. He's got all sorts of interesting verions. I alos bought some Maple Pecan Honey Butter. That is excellent too.

Not typically. Just come up to W. Jeff sometime on a weekend. There is honey, a brewery and a cheese shop. What more does a man need?
Distance isnt the problem, a free weekend is. Are they open on Fridays? Or maybe they ship?

Pretty sure they are open Fridays. I'll check on shipping info or a web site next time I am there. It is just a husband and wife operation so who knows.

A distillery and a butcher shop. Other than that it sounds near perfect.

No legal distilleries but there is rumor of plenty of shine suppliers!

Rose's Butcher Shopmis on the maain drag. Great local meats and produce. Her bacon and sausages are excellent.

I lied. It was a $20 something bottle. Heading up again this weekend if anyone in the Raleigh area wants something. They have other types as well. PM me and we can exchange numbers. I'll text you from the shop Saturday when I go to town.

Not that bad. Looked like a good sized bottle. Guys I work with pay $8 or $10 for a half pint of raw honey. It’s really good for you if you get it before the govt gets ahold of it. Wait, that’s most things nowadays

Yeah it is more than plain honey, but with the bourbon flavors I figured I'd roll with it. I don't use it everyday so it will last months and months. I might grab another flavor this weekend. The vanilla my buddy bought was good too.

Our local stuff is $16.99 a quart. Sourwood is out of this world good. Wildflower is darker and stronger but very good too. But that's pretty much my only 2 choices.
