How do I change my screen name?

So I'm a total idiot and somehow have made my full name my screen name here when I signed up. Anyway I can change it? I'm sure this question has been asked a million times but I can't find anything. Please feel free to make fun of me anyway you guys see fit lol. I'm a noob when it comes to forums.
