How do I get posting priveleges?

I just joined and went to the "Introduce yourself" forum and it says "I don't have posting priveledges...HUH?...REALLY?
 
That's true. You only get those privileges after 2 members with at least 20 minutes of seniority say howdy to you.

Please don't take what @fieldgrade is saying wrong. If they ever suspect you are even tempered, logging in gets you to Error 404: Page Not Found.

It's our special way of keeping the place lively by keeping out bland personalities.

If you are reading this, you may pass.
 
A few of the forums I joined had a day or two wait before I was emailed that my full membership was granted, I couldn't post anywhere on the forum. I was able to get a lot of ready done, just couldn't comment. Then I think I need 5 posts to be able to add pictures.

Yes, apparently due to some XF gremlin he couldn't post in the Intro section, so he came in here to post instead. Maybe his topic title was slightly off, but clearly explained in the OP.

That bein said...I'm moving this to Site (Forum) Related.
