I found one online, pristine for $150. Scored it from a fellow Aircrewman.
My Nomex jacket is pretty beat up.

We got a leather flight jacket when I got out of crew school portion of navy enroute care RN (i.e., flight nurse) training. It looked cool but I was always inn equipment best and plate carrier so never wore it. Ended up just selling it; wish I hadn't.

Still have mine from '92, but its only got the one 101st shoulder patch.
Mostly fits, just a little tight in..........................the shoulder area. Yea, in the shoulder area.............definitely not the midsection........
