I bought a TMP45 August of last year. I just got it to the range and had a little bit of issue with it F2E. I thought maybe the gun needed oil and needed to be broken in. I emailed Tom and within 30 mins he emailed back and said he'd send me a new carrier and he'd check to see whats going on with the old one. Super please with his customer service.

We generally only put 5 rounds through them to test them so its tough to catch everything. The extractors can be sharp on the edges and cause issues until they are broken in. I can send you over a carrier to swap in and a label for the old one so we can see what’s going on. Shoot me over your mailing address and we can get that going.
