I broke down and bought ammo today

I had purchased plenty of ammo in 22LR/5.56/9mm/22wmr/7.62x39 last summer. Unfortunately I did not factor in buying a Firearm for which I have no ammo. I got a CMMG Banshee in 45 ACP a month or so ago. I really like shooting it but I do not have a stash of 45. Gritted my teeth and ordered 1k of 230 grain FMJ.

There are still a few deals out there, but you have to look, sometimes on the same site. I think these are old outstanding orders being received. But, they're fading fast.

And what is the expiration date? A freakin’ longtime (longer than you if stored properly) so just think of it as an investment in precious metals and don’t worry about.
