on a scope for the crazy amount of 4$, 4 whole dollars.
I know times are tough but 4$?

He wanted to give me 3 dollars for shipping and I asked for 7, not even sure I could ship it for that.

I wouldn't sell to the guy now if he offered 10 more then I want. :cool:

Geez..... Some folks take trying to get a bargain way to far. I just do not understand why folks cannot just say "I will take it" when the offered item is obviously a good deal!

I should have but he said it was more then he wanted to spend and he was out. Never gave me time to counter with your offer.
 
Well the scope was 25 bucks. He said that It'll probably cost 7 or 8 to ship, so he would give me 28 bucks.
I told him it would be 32 bucks and he freaked.

Ever seen "Better off dead"? Some people will go to the ends of the earth for even $2. I want my $2!
 
As a buyer you have to realize some thing just aren't worth shipping. He could've at least asked you to split shipping with him rather than flat out saying "it'll cost you 7 so I'll give you 3", doesn't make any sense.

Sometimes it just how you go about things that make all the difference.
 
And sometimes if you're that broke you just need to forget about it. :p
Heck the rings on the scope probably cost me what I was asking.
 
This makes me want to go list the backup Redfield I have in my closet. It's decent little scope. I could add the Warne QD rings and blow up when someone offer me $30.
