I kicked a guy in the head that had a gun.

Ok so yes it was a dream. In the dream i was taking the wife to eat dinner. Apparently dinner was at some outside picnic spot on the side of a mountain. While there eating dinner I saw a guy run into the woods with a gun and bright orange vest. Next thing I know he's trying to rob the people beside of us with a red Ryder BB gun. The other customer grabbed the the gun and they fell to the ground. So I jump up and using my vast striking abilities I kick the guy in the head twice with a two killer round kicks.
All of a sudden my wife screams ouch!!! At the top of her lungs waking me up. Turns out it was just a dream and I kicked her legs twice as hard as I could in my sleep. Even worse I apparently pulled a muscle in my leg when I kicked her and now I'm hobbling around like a gimp.

Sounds like you needed your daughter as your body guard in that dream. It would’ve given her the perfect opportunity to put her training to the test!

It's called REM Sleep Behavior Disorder.

Taking melatonin at night helps, not a cure but it helps.

This stuff "helps" me have unbelievably horrible nightmares filled with terror beyond description!
 
I used to live in a house near a train track. I am reminded of the time I was asleep and, hearing the train, I KNEW the train was COMING THROUGH THE HOUSE. Jumped outta bed stark nekkid and ran for the door :eek:. Thank God I went back for my wife or you probably would have read about it in the paper. Another time, in the same house, I dreamed I saw Jesus, for real. Let me tell you, that will get your attention
