Hey everyone

I’m looking into buying gloves for shooting
I would be using them in uspsa

Yes I know I should just use chalk or nothing at all
But
Sadly I have psoriasis on my palms and it just hurts to shoot after a while
I currently use bandages to cover the area.

But I would rather have a good thin glove that I have good dexterity in
If I have to cut the trigger finger out. Not a big deal.

I would love to know if people have any suggestions

Thank you

I’ve probably owned a half dozen pairs of these and love them. High dexterity. Spandex material that fits GREAT, with a some kind of synthetic suede on the business side of the palms and fingers. I keep a pair in the truck, a pair on my bike for summer riding, a pair in my range bag, and a pair in my shop. And they practically give them away.

Another vote for golf gloves. Mountain biking/cycling gloves are also a minimalist design and keep relatively cool.

Check out Hatch, they likely have something that will work for you.

I have a set of Mechanix Wear Specialty 0.5mm Covert Gloves. I bought them specifically to be able to write on pen and paper and type on a computer outside.

I've done some shooting with them and they seem to work fairly well.

They are about the same thickness as golf or baseball gloves.

I have a soft spot in my heart for mechanix gloves from when I was active duty. Probably not great for competition but hey, you’ll be well trained for the zombie apocalypse

I have used Viktos gloves for shooting for awhile now. They’re pretty durable and have great dexterity all while not breaking the bank.

I love my Mechanics Wear. I just go with "the Original", Good price point, durable, and they seem to be the best for me. but there are lots of options in the tactical section of their offerings.
