I need to sell a Jr Dragster

Yesterday my FIL calls me and says "come over quick, I gotta show you something". I go over there to find a Jr Dragster hanging off a trailer and wondering what the heck we're gonna do with this. Anyway, this isn't going to work out like he hoped and now we (I) need to sell this machine that I know nothing about. It runs on alcohol and there's no pull rope (uses an external starter) so I haven't tried to start it. Not that I could fit in the thing. The motor turns by hand and it is mechanically complete. I'm guessing it was built and raced 10-15 years ago. Needs paint, sheet metal and some cosmetic love. Anybody here know about these things, where I could find a value and where to sell it?

I'm going to look it over, get pics and try to find a chassis mfr.

I'd check out facebook and find local drag strips, ask on there for info and advice.
 
tell you what, I know a guy that used to race those, I used to ride with him, I will try reaching out to him with this thread
 
Call Perry at performance auto in Knightdale. His kids raced Jr Dragster.
 
Contact Tony and Theresa Wilson at Wilson Drag Racing in Kannapolis. Tony Jr. and Tisha started out with jr dragsters and I believe they still build motors for them.
