Looks like a reflex suppressor. They are pretty popular across the pond.

I would love to have one as well and have thrown around the idea of doing one on a Form 1

I did one on an AK about 15 years ago. 16" barrel with an AKSU gas system . 7" of that barrel was covered and 5 K baffles after that. All hogged out of 304 SS and in 2" OD welded together seamless vacuum tubing. Big and quiet. Took a long time to make those stupid baffles. Loaded my own subs for it.

I am so happy for the advent of store bought threaded tubes, solvent traps and 300 BO subsonic ammo.
