I'm planning on it but honestly I won't know till the night before.
I work nights. I drive a line-haul Smithfield to Richmond to Burlington back to Smithfield.
All depends on what time I finish and how much sleep I can get.
With much resistance from my employer, I didn't work last Friday night in order to be able to go. But I can't do that once a month. It's just how it is.

8.2.8 Semi-Automatic BUG (BUG-S) Handguns permitted for use in BUG-S must:

  1. Be semi-automatic.

  2. Be single action, double action, double action only, or striker fired.

  3. Use .380 ACP or larger cartridges.

  4. Barrel length of 3 1/2" or less. 3.42

  5. The unloaded firearm with the heaviest magazine must weigh 26 oz. or less. 26.1 oz. fully loaded, but this is 10 rounds (or 10 plus 1?). BUG is 6 (or 5 at H20)

  6. The firearm with the largest magazine inserted must fit in the IDPA gun test box measuring 6 1/2" 6.41 x 4 5/8"4.17 x 1 3/8" 1.18.
Joshua, I inserted the specs from Glock's page here in red. Looks like the G26 is still fine for BUG.

Someone else will have to answer the question about ESP in CCP.

This one is so close

IMG_1664.PNG I won today for the most penalties 23,,
It's thier fault for making me shoot left handed.
I hit a non threat and had a precedinl. The last target on a stage I omly shoot 2 instead of 3.
Overall I'm really happy with my results of my first full match. We got to shoot a lot more than the "BUG" match. I finihed 54 out of 78. I hate they only do it once a month.

Judging from the scores, some of the Wilmington mafia went home glad, some sad, and some mad. I shot pretty terrible, but the stages were made to be more challenging today.

@motoman247 and I shot the 5X5 classifier afterwards, but I had a wardrobe malfunction the first time. Sweaty shirt grabbed me like Chinese handcuffs in the fourth string.

The second time I think I had a grand mal seizure.

Austin on the other hand, moved up to Expert classification.
Kudos!

I started off horribly, but improved throughout the day, despite malfunctions due to shit ammo.

Next time illI double check my stock before the evening prior to the event.

Man I was just saying to the wife "I wonder how the match went today" sounds like a good time!

Awesome match today. Thanks so much to Amp and Ash for the stages. Then a special thanks to the SO's that put the extra time so we can have fun.
And you had a fine showing, Eddie. That's a great score for some nutty stages.

Big Thanks to @fieldgrade for telling me to slow down. After his advice I shot a lot better. The first 2 stages killed me again. The next range trip I'm going to teach myself how to shoot with one hand,, I never think about it at the range. Learning to shoot weak hand only is going to be tough.

Had a great time as always, it would have made a good youtube video watching @fieldgrade and I shoot the classifier....1 seconds away from master and dropped 4 points on it....should have got it.

In other words I had a great match other than stage one where I dropped like 23 points......that stage beat me up and took my lunch money

I suck. That is all.
You only shot five places below me and I've been shooting nearly every weekend for two years.

I think I developed simultaneous cases of uncontrolled twitching, jerking, and spasms, which all lead to repeated outbursts of Tourettes.

Today’s match was my first time. It was a lot of fun. Reading majicmikes post about the BUG match enticed me to check it out. Placed 43rd out of 78. I’ll take it!

P, I hate you young guys, lol. If you go to the next one out your way let me know. Fun stuff
You don't miss much looking at your score card. Good shooting buddy

@svtf150 My mistake, that was @Majicmike
Considering you were running a Shield in a particular match that was specifically designed with some harder, longer shots, you did very well.

Edit,, fieldgrade just hit the nail on the head.
I wouldn't have attempted it with a sheild.if you don't have a full size to run I have a extra VP9 or a G34 you can run,, have holsters for them too.
I think Greg said the Shield was a last minute fall back plan since the Ruger he planned to run was misbehaving. @Starkherz199 has run a Shield in those matches and kicked our butts, but it's a heck of a challenge for us mere mortals.

I seen that,,,, he's a whole different level. Can't y'all make him shoot with a derringer or something
