I canā€™t imagine you getting a time out for anything. Itā€™s been reported. One of the admin will have to go over your account
 
All your stuff looks good as far as I can tell.

Only does that in the private areas?
 
I keep having to log back in just going from one section to another.
Just strange. Can't like a post in deer down thread.

Did you click the ā€œkeep me logged in boxā€ when you signed in?

I have had same exact thing happen to me. It did it when clicking a link from the members only section that leads to another part of the forum

Does it everynow and then and then it wonā€™t happen for a while.

Mostly does it while on my phone.

I'm on my iPhone 99.44% if the time, and that's when I notice it happening.

The only time I'm ever on a computer to browse CFF is if I'm doing some big how-to with pics.

I understand......I'm trying to find common denominators to help us identify which conditions are experiencing the issues. In the past we have found that some conditions were very specific to phones but not on a PC.

Tapatalk, etc..... I really don't know quite enough yet but our CFF staff will work to try and assist with a solution once we can determine what causes the condition.

@amnesia @BurnedOutGeek

Anything you might be able to add here?

I've never used Tapatalk...just browse using Safari on my iPhone.

Next time it happens I'll provide all the details I can.

Same hereā€¦ā€¦...I use Safari on the iPhone and never used T-talk.
 
I think the issue may be the memcache. I added a 3rd node since the first two are hitting limits. I think I have to actually rebuild the cache nodes with bigger endpoints but that requires some time because I'm not sure how to update the XF cache setting in the config so I have to learn.

Just had it happen. In this case I was logged in (on iPhone), and there was a link in chat to a BST ad. When I clicked it, I was no longer logged in when that page opened. No it logs me out as well. Which means I wonā€™t be clocking that link anymore.

Same thing happens to me that happened to you when I click the link. It does open the link in a new tab where I am logged out while leaving me logged in in the original tab.

If Iā€™m not mistaken, I clicked on the link from the ā€œnew postsā€ and had no issues on my iPad. Maybe thereā€™s some problem with a link posted in the shoutbox.
 
My professional observation is that these problems occur either when you wish you were closer or when you refuse to sign a bill of sale.

Or you like big node endpoints and you can not lie. (s/o to @amnesia )

I get the same thing you do clicking that link, if opens a new tab and I'm not logged in. It's not in the members only section, just the regular classifieds. (Not that it matters)

To clarify, the linked thread is not in the Memberā€™s section...but that link was posted in the Memberā€™s section. So I wasnā€™t sure if the issue was linking from in there to out of there, but itā€™s doing the same thing posted out here in public.
