I've always loved the look of the East German AK. That smooth pebbled plastic, something about it does it for me.

And a PSA-556 looks super cool.

Thoughts on putting East German furniture on that?

Always thought the 556 aks were cool, but I don't fancy $50 mags.

That, and foothills bans steel core ammo and it's much easier to find 55gr ammo that's not steel core.

East Germany did, called the MPi-AK-74N and its variants. About $10k+ for an OG barreled matching parts kit nowadays. That's a lot of Erichs Krönung beans.
