Fascism, usually.
Historically yes. Let's hope we can go a different route. Because at their core there is really no difference between fascism and communism. Just different people doing the controlling and killing.

I miss the days when businesses focused on being the best in business.Yes they can. But do you want to live in a world where busniesses choose who they serve based on politics or anything else? It's like your parents taught you when you were little, don't discuss politics or religion in public.

These days, they're clearly and unabashedly taking political stances. Did the defeat of the wanna be queen, or more specifically to the powers behind her marionette strings, cause such derangement that the masks are coming off?
Leftist rags and blogs have been harshly shouting down that which they disagree with for over a decade. Now they're doing it publicly, and I suspect as we get closer to the midterm elections it's going to get worse.
didnt the supreme court overrule that (yes, after the fact, but still)?Unless you make wedding cakes, etc.

Private company is questionable when politicians control regs in your favor. I guess you will be cool when the few available ISPs in your area block access to this site.
So you want to rely on 9 unelected elitists?
Im just stating the ruling was overturned. In my opinion they should have never been forced to do it in the first place. They should have declined and the potential customers moved on along like normal people.
A man of the cloth said to me, "If you can't discuss religion, politics or sex, what else is there to discuss?" The issue is definition of public. It's like your parents taught you when you were little, don't discuss politics or religion in public.
Unless you make wedding cakes, etc.Can private businesses not choose who they want to/will do business with?
In that case, can I refuse blacks, gays, or Jews from a private business? Can I post a large billboard of a Hadji sodomizing a goat on my property? When government lets private businesses monopolize free speech through media, that isn't libertarianism.Im just stating the ruling was overturned. It looks as if Infowars had been scrubbed from YouTube and other social media sites for "hate speech and inciting violence." I am not a fan of Infowars, but this whole "hate speech" notion seems to paint with an awfully wide brush. Who's next?
Anybody that isn't a democratic socialist is most likely next
Have they started construction on the ministry of Truth yet?
Jones isn't the only one who got axed by social media sites - just to name a few:
> Tommy Robinson got banned from instagram today (he was banned from twitter back in March).
> Candace Owens had her twitter account suspended.
> A Democatic senator from MA called for more conservative websites to be taken down yesterday.
I wonder when we're gonna start seeing the book burnings? LOL

I can’t recall a time in many years where that stupid court has done anything but make a minuscule narrow decision. However, many of these sorts of things should be decided by legislatures not courts,Although SCOTUS ruled in favor of the baker in this case, the overall ruling was anything but a slam dunk win for the 1st amendment. This ruling was more of an admonition of the Colorado Civil Rights Commission, and totally left the door open for future BS lawsuits of the same type.
Not sure it's what they are counting on. It's what they fear. Because if that blowback comes, it will not be in the form of libertarianism sweeping the country and letting everyone live as they wish.Yep, rules only apply one way right now. And at some point there is going to be a big blow back. Then again, that's what the commies are counting on. I'd bet they are shocked right now at the restraint of the deplorables.

I wish you could, I wish everyone could operate their businesses exactly how they prefer. In that case, can I refuse blacks, gays, or Jews from a private business?
