Plugs in my Ford hit 88k, and they're rated to go 100k but I figured I would swap them out as I'm doing some routine stuff ahead of schedule (don't trust that 150k transmission oil service interval). Anyway, the iridium plugs with 88k didn't look all that bad. Perhaps they really do last as advertised.

I did use anti-seize on the new ones. I'll thank myself in 8 years.

Drove around a bunch for work today, noticed a little improvement in smoothness at low RPM light throttle, and nothing during heavy load or higher RPMs as expected. I mostly just wanted to smooth out the idle and I think that's been accomplished.

Motorcraft or NGK plugs? I really like NGK plugs but stay with Motorcraft on the Fords just due to everyone's recommendation.....

Get a Ford without spark plugs and you won't have to do this at all hahaha

When I upgrade to something without plugs, it's going to be this:

Then the other van kids won't kick sand in my face and call me a nancy boy because I'll be all big and 4x4 and diesel and stuff. Someday.
