Is a S&W lock key easy to replace?

So I got a Smith and Wesson 357, it’s got a built-in lock. Having a hard time finding the keys. The revolver is unlocked and usable. I’m curious to know has anyone had to replace the keys? Can Smith & Wesson do it by serial number or do you have to send them the entire revolver? I have sent Smith and Weston an email asking what to do, and haven’t heard back. It’s been about two weeks.

They’re generic. I bought one from Midway or Brownells (don’t remember which).
