Where the barrel and magazine tube is parked, and the receiver is blued? Was thinking about buying it, but dont wanna if its been all pieced together...9173843_02_mossberg_590_12ga__640.jpg

I believe that one did not leave the factory in that configuration.

The finish on that receiver isn't bluing. Mossberg receivers are aluminum so they won't take a blued finish. They're either anodized or painted with a blue-like applied coating. My bet is someone put a 590 mag tube and barrel on a 500 receiver.

Agree! That looks exactly like what my 590 and 500 would look like if cojoined.

That's what I thought. Didn't look right to me. I'd assume the receiver of the 590 would be heavier made.

That seller needs to brush his damn table felt. WTF, that's horrible. :p

I'd be more worried about what they did to get the 590 action bars onto the wood foregrip.

So. apparently it is legit. If you look at this vid, they all have the same recievers, just a metal trigger guard. But the example 590A1 looks just like this example I found on Armslist.
