Former Vice President Joe Biden admitted that the “Second Amendment exists” but stressed during his speech in New Hampshire on Tuesday that it does not say everyone is “entitled” to own a gun.

The way I read it, it also doesn’t say people are entitled to welfare, food stamps and the other handouts currently referred to as entitlements.

What Joe does not understand is our Constitution does not give us any rights, it acknowledges our rights.

One thing about the Constitution: I know it absolutely doesn't entitle you to illegally intervene in foreign politics in behalf of your offspring. Or molest little kids and fondle women.
