Screw you Magpul. Seriously. I have to spend ~$40 plus shipping and wait however long to add you dang "sling mount kit" to the stock I paid for? Why not just mark the stock up and include the dang things.

Magpul's equivalent of "do you want fries with that?"......yes. Have I ever NOT wanted fries with that?
 
The STR, the SL, the CTR, the new SR25, and the MOE rifle stock all have QD sockets.
Maybe you should have bought one of those?
 
I might like my ACS-L more than my sopmod, but was definitely confused by the way they just dropped a qd cup in the box instead of mounting it natively.

I guess if you're a crazy high speed dude man who wears out steel qd cups it can make sense, but yeah idk, pretty weird.
 
I hate when they donā€™t include the sockets.

As someone who has bought a couple of those stocks. Yes screw them.
