Spent the entire day with my 13yo...running errands, movie, lunch and the gun show! He really didn't' want to go, but as soon as we were inside he was all over the swords and pistols.

We spotted a great deal on a~1982 Ruger Single Six and our buddy @cubrock made it a SMOKIN' deal, so now the kid has "his" first handgun.

All around great day! Thanks Steve for sweet deal, you made the kid really happy! I owe you a couple beers come May.

we headed straight to the range after...he did great! Ian's not much of a talker, but he was super excited!

He's grown up a lot since I had seen him last. (Tahoe meet up)

It's great that this young man is getting into guns early! He looks so happy!
 
Good enough. I learned to shoot pistols with mine....God knows how many rounds have been through it
