Lead warnings

Went down a Youtube rabbit hole and saw this video on environmental hazards.



I never gave the gloom and doom warnings much heed until now.

Watched that the other day, I knew it wasn't great, didn't realise it was that awful.

Kind of makes me wish I had used a fan last time I melted scrap

Can't watch the video at the moment, but I'm assuming this is about tetraethyl lead. That stuff was a disaster, and it was known to be poison from the very beginning.

Lead fumes and dust are definitely bad for you. Its one of the things that have detered me from getting into casting.
