Hey all, I'm starting to look into creating a trust for NFA items. I'm located in Chatham county and I'm trying to figure out the best way to create it. I have looked into the silencer shop trust and that lead me to Arsenal attorneys. They indicate they have an attorney in Siler city but they don't give a name.

So how has you experience been with the silencer shops trust been?

Any suggestion on local (to me) shops or attorneys?

TSConver is another great choice for a Class III dealer. He has trusts in stock too.

Was this a good experience?
So far it's been great. $49. Unlimited amendments. Filled out an assignment sheet online yesterday and it was in my email within a minute or two.

Very responsive in answering questions so far, as I asked quite a few before purchasing one.

Good info. Since the Hearing Protection act is dead, I might finally break down and go for it anyway. After all, my daughter will likely be taking my FNX45. I will replace that with an FNX45 Tactical. That would need a can. Also wouldn't mind putting a can on my M&P15-22.
