I am looking for a proven, not out of a modern cookbook or off the net, recipe for squirrel dumplings.

Might some one have one to share.

Look for it for a family friend and yes his name is Bubba.

He has not had them since his Grandmother passed.

We had squirrel and dumplings for supper one night last week, then brought it to work for lunch a couple of days. It was awesome. Not sure if there is anything special about the recipe, I'd have to ask the wife.
