Looking for someone to dig footings, lay block.

I'm in dire need of a contractor to dig footings and lay a block foundation in western Laurens county SC.
Small job...20' x 40' footprint. Not having any luck in just getting someone to have a look and give an estimate!
If this is your line of work, or you can recommend someone...please post or message me.
We'd really like to be ready to start framing the cabin in early early spring (if not sooner!).

I don't know any subs near that area but I estimate footings and block foundations like this:

$20/LF of footings
$50/step down


$7/per block with 1 block equaling .89 sq ft.
