Losing bug out property

Hope you can get it worked out. I live in a bordering county and am curious about the size of the property, I may have missed it in the thread. Just wanted to say $15K will buy about 1/2 to 3/4 of an acre here. I’ve got 2 1/2 acres for sale but in a planned community listed for quite a bit more.
The house/shack sits on 1/3 of an acre and is deeded as such. The adjacent property is 5 acres+- and on a separate deed.
 
Good luck. Ive been dealing with an estate settlement that was supposed to be simple, quick and easy. The lawyer and CPA who were paid to make it that way basically initally refused to lift a finger to do anything after the settlement meeting. It's been 6 weeks since the meeting and the only money Ive seen is earnest money from the buyer of the land we are selling to settle the estate. The banks are stalling on the transfer of assets because they can. All I could do is hire another attorney to represent me and start spending money. Pretty sure this not how this was supposed to work but I know of 2 banks I will never do business with again after the dust settles on this deal.
