... in the Pilot Mountain - Mt. Airy region to change out the mag catch from M1 to M2 for a 30 round magazine.

Do it yourself.
Disassemble the rifle, pull out the trigger group.
On the bottom of the trigger group under the mag release is the retainer.
Insert a pointed rod or small screw driver and pull back, the mag release will slide out.
Insert your new one and reassemble the rifle.
