"Metal free" but contains calcium?
Not a ferous metal, most likely trace amounts.

Is marine anti seize for aluminum only? Will using it on steel cause electrolysis?
Just use marine grease. I have been using it for years on bolts and parts for my saltwater boat. Have not had an issue with galling or saltwater / electrolysis welding. (Picked this up from a 40yr marine technician)
