I know a lot of guys on here put together first aid kits. @Sneakymedic and I have put up a lot of suggestions and ideas throughout the years to help in that endeavor.

For general information I have the packing list for the pararescue med ruck and the army special operations B5 bag. I am trying to recreate the med ruck as much as I can.

If anyone wants the contents and packing list, let me know, and I can scan it and shoot it.
 
What I need is a good list for a 66 year old non-medic to carry in the truck and in the woods when we go to my friends farm outside Stuart, Va.
 
Yes please. If you don't mind taking the time I think it would be great info for the rest of the med minded folks here.

Check out Adventure Medical Kits. They have a lot of kits for a variety of purposes, number of people, and intended use. They are also reasonably priced.

If any of the mods want to put it on a sticky, I am down with that.

Be advised these kits and bags are very specialized and very advanced. But they are good platforms from which to base your own bag or kit. For example, I am basically building the pararescue medical ruck, but I will not have most of the medications or advanced airway supplies. I can use them, but I am not going to be looking for downed aircrew so few miles behind enemy lines either, thank you so I don't need to have them.
