Medic shot in Raleigh

I have talked to a few paramedics and emts who really hate having flashing lights on their trucks, because all they do is attract bullets
 
When I worked with Durham EMS part time in the early 90s we had the big bulky body armor. I hated it, hated the idea of EMS having to wear armor. I hate it now.
