Why is it when you order something from that crowd the next damn day they send you an email saying FREE SHIPPING TODAY!

I hope I live long enough to see old Larry Pottymouth buried six feet in a hole. :mad:

I always felt Midways S&H fees are more expensive than they need to be so I don’t order much from them anymore. It’s been almost 10 years I think.

A few years back they did rein in their shipping rates. Everyone thought they were too high. They aren’t too bad now.

Really? Wishing ill on Larry Potterfield because YOU didn't gert free shipping THIS time? Kind of entitled sounding, don't you think? I mean, Larry still has to pay it.

It's almost like they are waiting for me to order something and then they start chuckling among themselves and the next day or after the item has shipped they send me an email "FREE SHIPPING" HA!HA!HA! You loser!:mad:

Midway had the lowest price that I wanted on brass, I do admit. I ordered a bunch too. I just wish for once I could get free shipping when I ordered something. OK, if the mods want to kill this thread, no problem. I had my rant.
 
I just placed an order last night, and sure enough I get an email today for free shipping. It happens to me all the time.
 
I placed an order with Bruno's. Checkout said $13.99 S&H, but the email I got from my CC was charged more than $10 less than I expected.

Two small lightweight items fit into a USPS padded envelope, 1st class, 2 oz. Actual shipping was $3.05. Gotta give credit when credit is due.

It did take 1 week AZ to SC.
 
......ok i do have a rant.........its been a while.back, but they used to give bigger discounts. Ten percent off a $100 purchase, $20 off $200 and so on up to $750 or so. They dont do that anymore, they tend to stop at $30 off $300........but its not often they do that.

Cancel the order, then reorder with free shipping.
 
I have no ill will against Midway, but I was a little miffed about the last order I placed. A few hours after I placed my order a "free shipping" code came out and they wouldn't apply it to my order. Really? come on Midway... it was a difference of a few HOURS.

Aside from that, no other issues from me. I still spend a chunk of my cheddar with them

This is a case of the Amazon world. Remember a time when things actually cost to ship and may take up to a week for delivery and companies didn't have to eat the shipping just to get our measly 10 cent profit margin?!

Most of, if not all the time if you spend 49$ or more it’s free shipping. Least that is what I’ve ran in to.

beyond that, my last 3-4 purchases from them all had free shipping due to that.

good place, reasonable prices on everything.
