I was in The Military Store in Concord today (great little shop if you’ve not been: https://goo.gl/maps/4c4BqqjJdgGa3kb2A ) looking for surplus water cans. He had dozens last time I was in there a few months ago. He was down to only two in not-so-great condition. Normally $20 each I thought was a good price. He pointed me in thee direction of Northern Tool who is now selling a civilian version of the same cans, even made by the same manufacturer Sceptre. I stopped by but they were out in Concord. Looked online and they’re $20. I got 6 of them shipped to my door (since no other local stores have more than 2 or 3) for $122, including $13 shipping and a $20 off $100 coupon (key code 269021 good through 7/15/20).

Here are the cans: https://www.northerntool.com/shop/tools/product_200577244_200577244

Even saw some people take these and paint them red for gas cans since they have the good type of nozzles.

Maybe I’m late to this game...but I thought I’d share anyway. Got a bad feeling about this hurricane season and the probable need for some agua.
