Yes, variant. I understand that there are very specific requirements for a clone and well frankly, I don't give a damn. What I wanted was a certain look that was MK18 Mod 0-ish but certain features that I liked better.

I got a few shots off this weekend but didn't have any paper and was way too close to shoot the steel. Plus the M2 just came yesterday. Either way, I'm a fan. Now, for the money shots.
