Mountain Lion making noise

Pretty cool, and I'm sure unnerving, but if he can't sit still any better that that he's not going to see anything.
 
I’ve heard that once back home and it scared me to death. I was about 14 called my dad cause I thought it was a woman screaming. Really a scary sound when your just walking around your yard. My back yard was about 12k acres of nothing.
 
Not quite that scale but I was in the same room with a bobcat growling. Had a friend that did wildlife rehab. You could feel the growl in your chest it was so low. Very cool. Had a grey fox barking under my tree stand a couple years ago, one of the craziest sounds I've ever heard in the woods.
 
Sounded like it was circling him. Had one scream up on a mountain just outside of hillsville one night while cleaning a deer. He probably could smell the blood. It was dark and it circled us. We were nervous to say the least.

We used to call foxes in at night and shoot them and sell the hides. We always used a dying rabbit call that always worked. One night we called in a mountain lion and it was growling, screaming, sounded like a baby crying. Make your hair stand up. This was just outside of Hillsville, too.
 
Couldn't get that video to play so found it on YouTube. Pretty cool though probably scary being out there!
