Put a listing on Armslist.com added a 3 loaded ETS mags/2 point sling/magpul sights
Sold it Saturday morning for $800.00

Got a text from the new owner that it blew up on the 5th round:
Very glad no one was injured

I pulled the bcg out of the chamber, barrel was clear.

Refunded him on Sunday Morning.

Moral of story, I will never include ammo with a firearm again

Good job doing the painful thing, and maintaining a solid reputation.
Do you have the suspected round's brass? Any way the ammo mfg/Black Rain will make it intact?

I don't really know, likely get BRO and ammo vendor pointing at each other but I really have no idea???

A friend, and my can supplier, was a BR dealer. He speaks very highly of them.
If you don't have it, see if you can get the failed brass.
 
I’d have said “you bought a gun, you blew it up, and you want me to do what?”

I try to be a good guy, but as the seller you really have no idea what happened and certainly no responsibility for it.

Does look like at least 2 different bullet profiles in the mag that was in the rifle at the time. I don’t know about you, but it would be unusual for me to load a mag with assorted factory ammo.

I loaded the mags before I met up with him. I have a bag of ammo that I would dump --->(nearly empty last three rounds in a mags etc... ) that's why there was 3 different ammo types in there, 4 rounds of PMC/at least 17 rounds or armscor/ and the rest was lake city m193.

I am not going to get bent out of shape over this. I am fortunate that losing $800.00 is not going to impact anything. I thank God, no one was injured.

On a good note, aside from the ping-pong paddle snapping off, the lower looks fine. Time to get an upper build for the BRO lower woohoo
