Narcan in IFAK?

I have one with me at all times. As I get older it needs to be drained more frequently and the size of the fire it can handle is clearly decreasing.
I once heard my 80yo grandmother say, "I wouldn't piss on her if her guts were on fire!"

She was a tough old broad!

thanks again for everyone posting.

today, i got 3 NARCAN nasal kits
from the vending machine in our County Jail's Lobby.
i just pushed the appropriate buttons and one ejected.
(there are 2 bottles in each package with instructions)
the Lobby attendant told me there was "no limit, take
as many as you want". well, since one-is-none, and
two-is-one, i got three.

So now you have 6?

6 total, yes.
2 per pack.

according to the instructions,
the rationale is a second dose
is often the lifesaver.

It's not that the second dose is the lifesaver, we give it IV, when we use it, that way it works in seconds. Alot of folks that give it nasally will give it and wait a few seconds, then blast them with another dose, not realizing that nasally it could take a few minutes to work. They are spraying that second dose and they are waking up as they spray so they say it was the second dose that did it. If you use it, spray and wait a minute or 2 before hitting them again.

Your chances of becoming involved in a gunfight are slim.

Your chances of being accidentally exposed to opiates through candy are also slim.

Your chances of being exposed to fire are considerably higher than both.

If a fire extinguisher isn't a part of your EDC, you're risking the lives of your family and loved ones. I recommend carrying one in a small sling bag at all times.
Actually, spontaneous combustion is kinda rare. However, in case of building fires, extinguishers are EDC. As well as many vehicles. ;)
